A fair tip for a desert camp guide or camel handler in Morocco is roughly 50–100 dirhams (about €5–10) per traveller for an overnight trip, more if the service was excellent or the group small. Tipping isn’t obligatory, but it’s expected and genuinely appreciated by the camp and camel teams, who often work seasonally for modest wages.

If your tour had a separate driver-guide who stayed with you for several days, tip them separately — around 100–150 dirhams per day per group is a common benchmark for a private tour. The kitchen and camp staff can be tipped collectively via the camp manager.
