Morocco can be a great holiday with a toddler if you slow the pace and keep a comfortable base — Moroccans adore children, so you and your child will be warmly welcomed everywhere. The keys are avoiding long desert drives, choosing a riad or hotel with a pool, and building in downtime.
The crowded, uneven medinas favour a baby carrier over a stroller, and the heat needs managing with shade, water and midday rests. A relaxed Marrakech base with gentle day trips (Ourika Valley, a short camel ride, gardens) works far better than a packed touring itinerary.
Formula, nappies and pharmacies are easy to find in cities, and food is generally toddler-friendly. Go gently, prioritise comfort over covering ground, and Morocco is a rewarding, welcoming place to travel with a little one.
