8 days tour from Casablanca to Marrakech

My husband and I had a great 8 days in Morocco, which was unforgettable. To book the trip, we emailed Said. He was very attentive and answered our questions quickly, even though we had a lot of them.

Our journey was made unforgettable by Mohammed, our driver/guide in a Toyota Land Cruiser. We wanted to experience the desert and its mysteries, so we left Casablanca and traveled to Fes via the capital Rabat, Meknes, Volubilis, and the Sahara desert for two nights. The tent had a flush toilet and shower inside, and the camp was exquisite.

We had a lovely time the next day also, passing via Tingher and the enormous tundra gores before arriving at a fantastic hotel in Dades Valley with a terrace pool. They provided a buffet, which was fantastic for me because I’m a vegetarian and the cuisine was variety.

The following day, the journey resumed via Ait Benhaddou, a popular film location for international productions, to Marrakech. Before taking the Tichka pass to go to Marrakech, we had a lovely day seeing the Kasbah. Mohammed was really good and attentive, even if the road was very twisty. We flew back home after three nights in Marrakech, which was one of our highlights. What a wonderful encounter!

If you are interested in visiting Morocco, don’t be afraid to get in touch with Morocco Tours.

Thank you Mohammed and Chokkrane Said for an amazing trip.

8 days in Morocco

It was an unforgettable experience in a beautiful country. I fell in love with Chefchaouen’s blue colours. In fact, I changed the colour of the curtains in my bedroom now.

Shopping was enjoyable to me as well. I purchased the finest Berber carpet available. Our driver and guide are incredibly courteous and enjoyable to be around, so the images are worth sharing on Instagram. Thus, if you’ve read or heard negative things about Morocco, hold off on listening. Take a look for yourself!
