Around 10:00 am, we leave our guesthouse near Erg Chebbi and head towards the Safsaf Oasis, close to the Algerian border.
We make frequent stops so you can soak in the breathtaking landscape. One highlight is our visit to a nomad family, where you share a traditional Berber welcome tea.
From Merzouga, we continue to the Safsaf Oasis — a stunning place enclosed by empty high hills and lush palms, crossed by the river of the same name. We enjoy lunch in this paradise-like setting.
Later, we say farewell to Safsaf and follow a trail to the Tissardmine Oasis, a captivating blend of rock, water, and greenery that will leave you in awe. We pause for some memorable photos before returning to your accommodation to end the day.
