We travel through Ziz valley until we arrive at Erfoud, known for its fossil-based products, before heading on to Rissani.

Upon arrival at our destination, we enter the Erg Chebbi desert, where we meet our experienced desert guide. Prepare for a comfortable and safe camel ride over the Merzouga dunes, followed by a peaceful night’s sleep in our well-equipped Sahara desert camp. Reviews about our 3-Day Tour Fes to Merzouga Desert

3-days trip to Fez Merzouga Desert, thoroughly recommend

The trip was a wonderful experience, made even more so by the efficient and clear communication before the travel. The journey was well-organized, safe, and comfortable. My driver, Hassan, was amiable, knowledgeable, and excellent, making the trip a truly memorable experience.

I cherished the variety of the stunning desert and mountain vistas, the ride on the camel, and spending the night in the sand dunes. Motion sickness pills are very useful, a significant part of the route is in the mountains.

Unforgettable 3-day tour Fes to Merzouga

We traveled on the Morocco Day Tour and had a phenomenal time. Our time spent at the hotel was the highlight of the vacation. The tour selected was atypical and authentic, and the hotel offered extremely kind service. It was also refreshing to cool off at the pool with the summer heat!

When it came time for the camel ride, we mounted our camels at the hotel and set off into the desert. We were stunned and impressed by the tents—fully functional toilets, sinks, showers, and, of course, electricity.

There were only the six of us, and it seemed very personal. They fed us a really good meal just before a big rainstorm arrived. The tent held up well. We rode our camels back to the hotel after seeing the dawn!

Even if the journey isn’t the most enjoyable, it’s worthwhile if you want to view the scenery and the desert in particular. Additionally, be prepared for regular Moroccan driving. Closing your eyes might be more convenient at times.

Fantastic 3 day trip from Fez to Merzouga desert

Hassan served as both our driver and guide. He was really good, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was also very responsive to our requests. A charming person to spend days with.

The desert camp was well-run, clean, and organized. The bedding was fresh, and the food was tasty. The other accommodation provided was also excellent.

We found it difficult to say goodbye to our guide at the end of the tour. It was an excellent experience. We will be recommending Fes trips to all our friends.
