6-day tour from Tangier to Marrakech
We were blown away by our trip with Moha. We were a bit nervous about what to anticipate as three ladies (a mother, grandmother, and an 11-year-old granddaughter) visiting Morocco for the first time. A camel ride and an overnight stay in the Sahara were among our most amazing adventures.
Said tailored our vacation to our requirements (we’re not huge shoppers and were more interested in learning about the culture and trying local food, etc.), and we felt very comfortable the entire time. Anyone interested in visiting Morocco should definitely do the Morocco Day Tour, in my opinion.
Best 6 days tour from Tangier to Sahara
We just returned from an amazing six-day Morocco excursion with Wonderful Desert. We had designed the itinerary ourselves, and they fulfilled all of our requests. They were also quite helpful in suggesting locations to visit and lodging when we needed assistance.
Our tour guide and driver got us up in Tangier and took us to the most amazing locations this stunning nation has to offer. We will always remember the journey from Tangier through the artistic city of Tetouan on the Rif Mountains to the breathtakingly gorgeous blue city of Chefchaouen across the Reef Mountains.
It is incomprehensible how Ali managed to drive across the mountain’s twisting paths with such peace and quiet. We had a tour of the 2000-year-old Roman city of Volubilis. Meknes, popularly known as the “City of a Hundred Minarets,” is a stunning city in the Spanish-Moorish architecture that is situated in the center of Morocco and borders the stunning Cedar.
The medina in Fes, where we slept in a stunning riad and enjoyed the most amazing cuisine, left us speechless. With stars, camels, and tagine music, the night at the desert camp was also enchanted. I appreciate everything.
A delightful six-day journey in Morocco Chefchaouen, Fes, Merzouga, OUARZAZATE, Tangier, and Marrakech
Our first trip to Morocco was a delightful six days, beginning in Tangier and continuing to Chefchaouen for the first night (we would have preferred to stay a little longer there). From there, we traveled through stunning olive-tree landscapes to Volubilis and Meknes (not very interesting) before arriving in Fes, where we spent two nights (I would say one night is enough in Fes).
We traveled from Fes through the AZROU, MIDELT, and ZIZ VALLEY to the MERZOUGA DESERT, where we had an incredible experience with a camel trek and an overnight stay at the Luxury Camp Erg Chebbi.
Millions of stars may be seen in the backdrop while dining on the sand dunes. The camp’s staff is very kind and welcoming; highly recommended. We proceeded to OUARZAZATE and AIT BEN HADDOU KASBAH after touring a few Berber settlements in the desert, arriving in Marrakech as our ultimate goal.
Overall, we had a great day, a pleasant driver (Mohammed), and we saw a lot in the little time we had there—which also meant that I occasionally felt quite tired.
